JMK Hospitality Group – The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea have agreed extension and re-development of Seraphine Kensington Olympia, Kensington High Street, London.

Approval granted for upwards extension of the buildings to provide additional hotel accommodation, use of ground floor as café, delicatessen, and hotel lobby with associated improvement to shop frontages.

The Seraphine Kensington Olympia, located on Kensington High Street and within walking distance of The Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park

The re-development will see the Seraphine Kensington Olympia increase its bedrooms from 36 up to Circa 70 and will see it become a 5-star boutique hotel.  Works will start in Q1 2023 and will be completed within 15 months.

This will be a fantastic addition to JMK`s portfolio. The group currently have seven hotels in operation across UK and Ireland including the newly opened Hampton by Hilton Dublin City Centre and two hotels under construction in Cork, to be operated as Moxy Hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott.
