A 263-key luxury hotel is being developed at Peninsular House, 30 – 36 Monument Street in the City of London. Located near Monument and Bank stations, and within walking distance of St Paul’s Cathedral, Borough Market and London Bridge, the site is well positioned for a luxury hotel offering high-quality accommodation and curated public spaces, with a project completion scheduled for Q1 2029.

A 180-key luxury hotel is being developed at 27–28 Clement’s Lane, within a Grade II-listed Victorian building in the heart of London’s Monument district, with project completion scheduled for Q4 2028.
