Holiday Inn Express, Dublin City Centre: Granted planning permission for an additional 21 rooms.
JMK are proud to announce that the Holiday Inn Express, Dublin City Centre has been granted planning permission to develop an additional 21 bedrooms. This will provide a total of 219 rooms. The proposed development comprises of the construction of an additional storey to the southern elevation. The proposed additional storey will increase the building height from 7 storeys to 8 storeys which will provide for an additional 21 bedrooms at the new 7th floor level.
