Key takeaways from the conference included ESG is priority for the group with all assets being developed along with existing assets being targeted as being sustainable & green. Employee well-being remains a key focus. Recruitment was another important issue discussed with ‘flexibility, training and progression of staff’ a key important driver for the group. Whilst the group is focused on its existing pipeline, it continues to look out for opportunities to expand.
