JMK Group Announces a Planning Permission for Holiday Inn Express Dublin City Centre
The JMK Group is seeking planning permission for an extension to the existing Holiday Inn Express Dublin City Centre, part of the IHG Hotels and Resorts.
The 3-star hotel, located on the corner of O’Connell Street and Cathal Brugha Street, opened in 2016 with 198 bedrooms. The JMK Group are applying to increase the number of bedrooms to 311 bedrooms, with an internal courtyard, new restaurant, and bar area.
