Located on Marlborough Street in the heart of Dublin, the 290-suite hotel represents a significant milestone for both Hilton and JMK Group. The development transforms the historic Telephone House into a contemporary extended-stay property designed to meet the growing demand for flexible accommodation for both business and leisure travellers.
The opening introduces Home2 Suites’ extended-stay concept to the EMEA market, delivering modern, spacious suites and flexible amenities for longer stays in a prime city-centre location, alongside a commitment to sustainable design, incorporating LEED and BREEAM principles to support long-term efficiency and environmental performance.
